Josey believes in the spiritual betterment of children as well. Meditation can help not only adults, but children by opening them to the wonder of their higher self and a infinite life beyond. She believes that meditation is a method of teaching children that they should embrace their consciousness. It is strengthening for children to believe there is something greater than themselves.
